July 16 Update: Instructions for our baseball camp

Please arrive on Monday at 8:35AM so that we can check-in your child and take care of payment if need be.  If you haven't paid, please bring a check for $200 and make it out to Villanova Preparatory School with Baseball Camp in the memo.  In order to provide the safest environment possible, we are asking that all campers provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result (pcr or antigen will suffice) on the first day of camp.  You can either send those items ahead of time or provide a copy on Monday.  For our sessions on Tuesday through Friday, please arrive by 8:55am.  You can pick your child up at 12pm each day.  We are asking that you use your best judgement.  If your child is not feeling well, please keep them at home.
Please have your child equipped with their own baseball attire (pants, gloves, hat, and cleats) as well as their own snacks and water bottle.  It is also forecasted to be in the 90's during the week so make sure your child has plenty of fluids and sunscreen.  We will not be requiring campers to wear a mask on the field.  Instead, we ask that campers have a mask handy when they are in close proximity with other campers in the dugouts.
Each day please drop your child off at the upper parking lot.  Once you enter the gates, make the first left you can make.  Follow that road all the way to the faculty and staff parking lot.  Please enter the field along the 3rd base side entrance.
