* additional $5,000 is charged for the rare occasion in which an International Student is enrolled as a day student because they are living with their immediate family (direct parent, such as mother or father is required). Situation must be approved by school administration. Form I-20 will be managed in cooperation with the Admissions Team.
Because Villanova Preparatory School must plan with the expectation that all students will remain for the full school year and because most obligations end expenses of the school are incurred for the full school year, no refunds or reductions in tuition will be made upon dismissal or withdrawal of a student.

If paying from a domestic (US) bank account, families are welcome to mail a check to the school (address below) or use a Villanova ACH Form that can be emailed to the business office at statements@villanovaprep.org
