Michelle is the principal at St. Raphael School in Santa Barbara. She holds a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College and a master's degree in early childhood education from the University of Phoenix. She has served as principal at St. Anthony School in Oxnard, as well as a physical education teacher, a master teacher, a tutoring coordinator, and a technology leader at Peabody Charter School.

Fr. Barney has been an Augustinian since 2004 and at Villanova since 2017. He is currently Campus Minister and was also elected as councilor for the 2019-2022 Province Council. Br. Barney attended boarding school in Worcester, England, and graduated from Anglia University in Cambridge.

Richard is a family law attorney practicing in Ventura County. He is the past board chair of the Ventura College Foundation and has extensive fundraising experience. He and his wife Kristin reside in Ventura and are the parents of twin boys who are Villanova alumni, Michael '86 and Robert '86.

Mike is the principal at St. Mary Magdalen School in Camarillo. He holds a bachelor's degree and two master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame. Mike previously served as an administrator and teacher at St. Augustine Catholic School in Dallas, TX. Mike, his wife, Melissa, and their two sons reside in Camarillo.
Prior Provincial of the California Province
Father Sanders joined the Order of St. Augustine in 1967 and was ordained in 1975. Father Sanders has served as pastor at St. Patrick's Church, San Diego, and Our Mother of Good Counsel, Hollywood. He has also been a teacher and administrator at Villanova. Elected in 2018 as Provincial of the Augustinians of the West, Father Sanders has served two previous terms as Provincial.
Board Member
Dr. Walker is an alumnus of the Villanova Class of 1954 and previously served on the board for more than 10 years, including one term as chair. Having retired as president of Moorpark College in 2002, he currently teaches at California Lutheran University and operates Community College Search Services. He lives in Westlake Village and has two children.
Mission Effectiveness Committee
Fr. Villeneuve has been an Augustinian since 2013 and was ordained in 2018. He is currently serving his second year at St. Augustine High School, San Diego where he is currently Director Christian Service. Fr. Villeneuve was also elected as a member of the 2019-2022 Province Council.

Sr. Rachel holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a master's degree from the University of San Francisco. Sr. Rachel has 40 years of teaching and school administrative experience and this is her 10th year at Villanova. She resides in Ojai.
