Villanova has formed partnerships with secondary schools in Spain, Argentina, and Germany, increasing the opportunities for our Villanova students to participate in our growing number of exchange and travel programs designed to provide a unique and memorable educational and cultural experience.

As of now, we have opportunities for students to participate in exchange programs with schools in Spain, Japan, Germany, and Argentina.

.  SPAIN: Real Colegio Alfonso XIIA prestigious Augustinian day and boarding school located within the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, less than an hour northwest of Madrid, Spain. (June 2-17, 2026) The option to reside in the dormitory and not participate in an exchange is also possible.

‍JAPAN: Fuji Sacred Heart Catholic SchoolAn all-girls Catholic school located in Susono, Japan
‍Shizuoka Seiko GakuinA Catholic boys’ school in Shizuoka, Japan. (Mid-June to Mid-July 2026)

‍GERMANY: The ALEA SchoolLocated just outside of Frankfurt, Germany, is a newly-opened school that is planning to visit and participate in the Third Quarter (January-March) of 2027, with a summer opportunity in 2027 for Villanova students to take classes at the school, along with internship opportunities at the company’s headquarters.

‍ARGENTINA: Colegio San AgustinAn Augustinian secondary school located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, will be visiting our campus for two weeks in February as part of an English immersion program. Based on their experience and connections made with the students, it is expected that this program will evolve into an exchange program for the 2026-27 school year.
