Providing middle school students in the Ojai Valley with an outstanding, well-rounded program that includes a quality academic curriculum, faith development, athletics, fine arts, and community service. Villanova Middle School is guided by the rich Catholic Augustinian tradition, and draws upon 100 years of joyful education at Villanova Prep, to offer middle school students a safe, supportive, and welcoming community.
After a century of educating students to be critical and conceptual thinkers, effective communicators, and self-directed lifelong learners, Villanova Prep was overjoyed to add Villanova Middle School to our beautiful 130-acre campus for the 2023-24 school year! The Villanova Preparatory Catholic Middle School offers a comprehensive and enriching education deeply rooted in the Augustinian values of Unity, Truth, and Love. With a small, safe, and diverse academic program, students benefit from a well-rounded, challenging curriculum.
The school provides additional opportunities in athletics, fine arts, and community service, fostering the development of academic, interpersonal, creative, collaborative, and communication skills. Focused on instilling strong character and moral values in students, our school maintains a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure individualized support and care.
Students also enjoy access to state-of-the-art facilities, including science labs, an art studio, a gym, a pool, a robotics lab, and Mac computer labs. Ultimately, the institution prioritizes teaching our middle school students how to think, encouraging critical thinking and independent thought over mere assimilation of information.
